This corporate-wide system tracks all official employee leaves and business trips. Employees can file for a business trip request, which requires approval before proceeding. Once approved, the system generates a QR code that integrates with the OB and Trip Ticket System for validation. The Trip Ticket System is designed for company drivers, ensuring proper approval and QR-based tracking for trips.
